I have never experienced such poor service in my life. I joined Motor Plan Direct in February 2025. Immediately after completing the application, I received the Motor Warranty Policy Schedule. Upon reviewing it, I noticed that the registration number listed was incorrect. I called the office and also sent an email, but received no response. After a few days, I called again and was told that the registration had been corrected but it was not. I sent another email with a photo of my vehicle disc clearly showing the correct registration number, and again I was told the change had been made. I asked for proof, but received nothing. Yesterday, on 04 May 2025, I followed up once more and requested proof of the correction. When I finally received the document, the registration number was still incorrect ,the same as it was the first time. I am beginning to question whether Motor Plan Direct is a legitimate company or a ****. You have no physical office in Gauteng, and I am concerned that when the time comes to make a claim, you will reject it due to the registration number not matching your records.
Hello We Buy Cars Team, Could you please fix your website? It has been three months now, and while the site opens fine, the issue arises when trying to view a selected car—it only shows a blank page. I am interested in purchasing a T-Cross but cannot proceed because I am unable to view the Dekra Report, photos, and the car's condition. Please address this issue as a matter of urgency. My previous car was purchased through your website after being able to view all the details, and I would like to do the same with this purchase. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
