I have an account with Russells in November 2025 I qualified for Easy Extend if you open a new account and I opened account with Sleep Master, Easy Extend was supposed to be paying 1 instalment and the agreement term will be extended,. I send numerous emails to Jdg when I receved 2 statement and 2 debit but no response on all emails when I spoke to the accounts department they told me the Salesman was supposed to do it on their side, 0n the 8 Jan 2026 I went to the Branch and the sales rep contacted them and explained to them what happened and they told her they will phone me up until now no phone call, To day 28 Jan 2026 I received email and sms confirming payment arrangements made telephonic with a Ghost because I never receive any calls to make arrangements.
I had a contract with Mtn since 2008/2009 which was so happy with their service up until 2017, I paid my contract via Eft using my 0734578224 as a reference and my sim was blocked due to non payment went to Mtn William Moffett with the proof and phoned the customer my no will be unblocked for 2 days then back to square 1, I even forwarded the proof of payments to Mtn accounts up until now the sim card is blocked still waiting for feedback from them instead they handed over my account to Debt collectors. I still have copies of communication I sent to Mtn my contact 065 3306769
I received a late communication informing that my policies has lapsed, when I contacted them was told there was an early debit in December 2021 that was not paid,I asked for a transaction history till today nothing instead I'm getting messages telling me different things last week was told to pay 2amounts for both my policies and today it's a different I've been with them since 2018
