What i found in my package was very disgusting I am so disappointed and angry what I found it was small Insects like flies inside.
i recently had good customer service at FNB Horizon Village branch. i had very good customer service from Nelly Zwane because she was so professional and very understanding had very good product knowledge and was well informed her service was excellent, she was warm welcoming and smiling all the way and very helpful all the way and she is an assets to FNB. Nthabiseng had good customer service and very helpful, understanding. She was very professional and warm welcoming.
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Abacus Insurance's customer service, and to put it bluntly, it was utterly disappointing. From start to finish, the entire interaction left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. Firstly, attempting to reach a representative was an exercise in futility. The phone lines seemed to be perpetually busy, and when I finally managed to get through after multiple attempts, I was met with long hold times that tested my patience to its limits. It's as if they were intentionally trying to deter customers from seeking assistance. When I finally did speak with a representative, the lack of professionalism was glaringly evident. The individual I spoke with seemed disinterested and indifferent to my concerns, offering vague and unhelpful responses that did little to address the issue at hand. It was abundantly clear that they had neither the knowledge nor the inclination to assist me effectively. Furthermore, the overall attitude displayed by the customer service staff was appalling. Instead of exhibiting empathy and understanding, they came across as dismissive and unaccommodating. It felt like they viewed my inquiries as nothing more than an inconvenience, rather than an opportunity to provide support and assistance. To make matters worse, the resolution provided was wholly unsatisfactory. Despite my efforts to articulate the problem clearly, the solution offered was inadequate and failed to resolve the issue satisfactorily. It was as if they were simply going through the motions, with little regard for the impact on the customer. In conclusion, my experience with Abacus Insurance's customer service was nothing short of a nightmare. From the difficulty in reaching a representative to the lackluster support provided, it was a prime example of how not to treat customers. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to proceed with caution, as the level of service received was far below acceptable standards. I had a bad experience with Absa on Friday evening I bought Telkom landline airtime with my Absa app the airtime didn't go through so I went to the Absa branch Westgate where I was shocked by the kind of services I received. They did not have a backup of the generator when they were load shedding and as soon as the power came back on at 11:00 they said they would not be servicing anyone anymore even though they had an hour to service people that were waiting in line. Then I called Absa to refund my money they kept on saying that they will put in the airtime, but I told them that I want my money back I called three times with my airtime and they said they will call me back after 24 hours I waited for their call and they didn't call me back AND I THEY Never maid notes where I said they should make notes. Today I called again at Absa to refund my money and instead of refunding me they sent the airtime I am ver angry at Absa for the bad service I received.
