I bought a caravelle bus at We buy Cars Lansdowne within a week car stop and I contact the company regarding the problem. First thing I didn't like they responded with cold email they didn't even bother to contact and explain to me they just push email meaning zi should figure it out my self what to do that shows a very bad service. Since then I've been trying contact them the agents answering they always promise that the person who is incharge will contact me Grace Ngwenya but she never reverted to me now this morning it's another story that the case is no longer with her is with Sifiso, I mean this is totally wrong the bus is not been working the whole week now, I'm working with the car. If there is nothing you can help ne with just take the car I want my money back and buy a car to a better customer service company.
I've been trying to contact these people because my Fibre is been done for the past three weeks, I cannot find them they don't have direct contact number they are busy communicating with me via the robot, I am very cross with them, I payed them today I want my money back and I want to cancel their service all I'm all.
