Bad Customer Service Ever (Irate)
I bought a caravelle bus at We buy Cars Lansdowne within a week car stop and I contact the company regarding the problem. First thing I didn't like they responded with cold email they didn't even bother to contact and explain to me they just push email meaning zi should figure it out my self what to do that shows a very bad service. Since then I've been trying contact them the agents answering they always promise that the person who is incharge will contact me Grace Ngwenya but she never reverted to me now this morning it's another story that the case is no longer with her is with Sifiso, I mean this is totally wrong the bus is not been working the whole week now, I'm working with the car. If there is nothing you can help ne with just take the car I want my money back and buy a car to a better customer service company.

The Best service From We Buy cars Richmond Park
May I jusst compliment the wonderful staff from We Buy Cars Richmond park, from having the worst experience service wise from rhe Brackenfell branch, where we were looking to buy a car, Brackenfell branch and their staff needs some manners, as they lost the sale that day, saying we don't care, driving with low moods to the Richmond branch, parked and as we walked in we were greeted buy the nicest lady, I am sorry I did not get her name, we we were sold rite there, we were treated like royalty at Richmond Park, to rhe sales guys and to Ezra you guys are magnificent, thank you We Buy cars Richmond Park, the rest should come take lessons from you, I would recommend anyone to visit Richmond Park we buy cars for their top kitchen service Thank you Thank you Thank you 😊

I just want to say that the sales consultant Derrick Engelbrecht is an excellent fit to the We Buy Cars Team his passion, communication skills and interactions are really 👌 top tier information about the interested purchase and the captivating conversation that goes with it was outstanding will definitely recommend when going to Wr Buy Cars go see him great work employing him 👍

I would like to write a review about Webuycars
I would like to write a review about Webuycars.co.za I bought a bakkie, Tim was the guy whom helped me with this deal. Great guy , great service. The bakkie was grade a "A" that means everything works on the bakkie and is roadworthy ready. That was not the case.Bakkie had a some suspension repairs needed to be done witch I have then replaced. I then got on to the phone and talked to Tim about that, he then helped me so I could get a refund for the money I have spend to fix the suspension. I thank you for that Tim! If you ever want to buy a car at we buy cars, I would recomend you to ask for Tim, he really goes out of his way! Ok..nou is my Brits op. Dankie

I just received the car that I purchased for my daughter
I just received the car that I purchased for my daughter. I would like to give a shout out to Gift Nyahumbi at the Richmond branch. Well done mate. I really enjoyed the quality of service received. There was nothing that you could not assist with and Gift went out of his way to make my experience a most pleasant one. Thumbs up to Gift and Richmond WBC.
