Prepaid token not loaded!
I am using prepaid, and evert month when I load a token, it takes days to update , I have to call and I will be promised the Technician will assist, I loaded token yesterday and up to now its not updated, this is ridiculous. It might switch off anytime, calls are not going through now

Offline services😏
I have been constantly trying to top up my electricity via fnb app for 2 days now. Also tried using absa still getting error message and money kicked back into my account. What are other alternatives. This is really frustrating
