How do we stop this boy from continuing with his ****. I have been also ****med by him. I pray that you will look for me to give me my money back and everyone you think you have fooled. He even went to an extent of asking me for more money so that he can release the other money.
On 15 December 2023, I bought a hair combo for my wigs and received dog vitamins pills. I obviously returned the item, the dog pills were not collected from me and It's now almost a month no feedback from take a lot. The item shows "Return Concluded" but the transaction was not Concluded. I'm highly disappointed
Bad Service and totally unacceptable. I bought R5 data via my bank app and R300.00 airtime. I immediately bought data 80GB for R299 with. The 1st time the purchase didn't go through the 2nd time the Purchase went through and the APP also told me my remaining airtime balance which was R3.54 AND the Transaction was Successful. A day later I was trying to go on line the App didnt work and my data was not connecting. I can still see the Balance of the R5 DATA I bought But My R299 Balance didnt update on the App. A Cell C consultant told me that my airtime was used for Internet usage. Q: Why did my first R5 DATA get FINISHED because I can still see the previous data balance? Q: How can a R299 airtime get finished while I had data of R5 Q: How can airtime be depleted if there was still data and the data balance on the App is still the same since but the airtime is finished (As the Cell C consultant assumed) I only update my phone through wifi, my phone settings doesn't update through data. My APP is still showing me the Home Connecta 80GB Recurring Balance is R299.00 that I bought on the 21st January on my Purchase HISTORY BUT My Current Balance is not Updating and it doesn't connect to the internet. CELL C Please do something.
