I want my refund! I was told on the 15th of August my refund would be processed within 7 to 10 working days this has long passed. I've paid for the full month of August only to get service for half the month and then my service was cut and moved to another ISP by linklayer. They assured me my refund would be processed.
To whom it may concern, I went to Emam Bux on Alpine Road yesterday (26/08) and they sell rotten stuff, I have proof of this in instead of the manager apologizing to me he was so rude and uncouth, he made it seem as if I was lying cause he ended up going to the back of the butchery and returned with another piece of marinated chicken and he tells us to look at that chicken there is nothing wrong with it he took it from the same batch and he didnt want to pay attention to the chicken that was sold to us. The employees have no customers service skills. I have a video whereby non of the employees wanted to give me the managers name. The staff mentioned that I can call customer services and there's nothing they can and will do about it! I never went to the store to buy the chicken one of the employees at the store which you guys will see in my video who's holding the chicken in her hand persuaded me to purchase it as it's only a 1 day sale and we clearly asked her if it's rotten she said no well obviously she wasn't going to say yes. I ended up asking her for 2kgs just to get her off our backs and we can shop in piece she then packed about 3 to 4kgs off chicken for me when I asked for 2kgs. The manager should know how to deal with an irate customer if he calls himself a manager. He used profanity on us cause he got upset that we kept on insisting that the chicken they sold to us was rotten and we asked him if he would eat that he then started raising his voice and shouted just give these "people" a refund. We had to waste petrol and go back to the butchery. I'm such a loyal customer I do my shopping at Alpine road or sometimes the branch in town every month. I'm really disappointed in Emam Bux services and the kind of people that works for them in the Frontline it really does damage their image/reputation as a business! The manager also told me that I was not welcomed their in the first place and I'm not welcomed to the store anymore. All the staff could have done is take accountability and apologize sincerely instead they made us feel like beggars and called security to escourt us out of the store. This was such an embarrassment. This is really concerning in terms of health, people can get food poisoning. I'm definitely sure that there are many customers out there just like me who has experienced such poor and putrid services. I hope something can be done about this matter.
