The OutSURANCE advert of a lower premium or R500 in cash is a lie. i got a higher quote than my current insurer, on the 3rd of september 2025 i only received a message with an expiring one-time pin and no email or the R500 promised.... i guess it's a marketing **** on consumers.
Don't subscribe anything with This Company. if you do, it gains administrative rights to change information on your app's platform and log you out of your bolt app. deleting everything as they go, money included, changing your vehicle details. and eventually lock out of your app. without your permission and when you contact them to resolve the issue, they send you back to the app administrator to solve your problem. the app admin won't help you as your account has been deactivated and controlled by this fleet company. your business is interrupted without compensation or help, from Bolt or SmartOps.
I purchased a 2year/2service plan with innovation for R6900, my first service was okay. but on my last service they refuse to pay the total amount for the service, claiming the the garage has inflated the prices. first service R3200, second service R2900. the y refused to pay the full amount and i was then liable for the balance (of a product i purchased)? I would like to inform and educate my African black brothers and sisters to avoid purchasing these products from innovation or any White Insurance company as they are mandated to give them problems during claiming while white people have none of the wrongs we constantly face with these insurers. rather pay the monthly subscription into a savings account.
I bought a clio 4 @55000km from Jantjies at WebuyCars MIDSTREAM, with a complete service record. upon purchase, the dealership insured that they void the manufacturer's warranty and service plan of the car buy removing the flow pipe seal to the turbo to expensively gradually damage the car and make sure there's no warranty to cover the damage costs. is it because i was black i didn't deserve a reliable car, or is this how WEBUYCARS treat all the customers? till now i don't know who to turn to

Why can't I get assistance in this matter. i must be forced to spend R2000 to go fetch a passport in cape town due to your incompetence with what money? is this what South Africans have to go to, to get service in their own country?
