Smart ops forcefully subscribed me in their fleet after I said so many times that I wasn't interested now they are requesting R4070 for something I didn't give consent to. I have never received a service or even a cent from these people. Despite constant communication with them via email they have refused to close whatever account they opened in my name.

Good morning Team. I have an issue with smartopsfleet I think it is a company that register bolt drivers on their fleet, I didn’t know about it until I had an issue with the person who was driving my car under bolt. Please assist me in deactivating my vehicle under their fleet company, reason been: am not the one who registered my car under their fleet, my car was driven by my driver whom took my car and register his name under smartopsfleet without my consent and now that I have taken the car back from the driver, I want to register it with a different driver under bolt but I couldn’t go through as I was informed that it is under a fleet company that I knew nothing about. Immediately I learned that my car is under fleet company called smartopsfleet I called them and I was assisted by the lady by the name of Tinyiko who was very rude and told me that she will not assist me because I wanted to know how my car was registered under them without my consent. After making many attempts to reached out she was the one keeping on answering the phone and I asked her to give me somebody else and she hung up on me again. I urge others to exercise caution and thoroughly research before engaging with Smarts Ops.

These people are ****mers who pry on poor bolt operators, they lure you in with cash advances, you end up owing them an overwhelming amount. You can't even just cancel after paying, they charge you a fee of R1100

Don't subscribe anything with This Company. if you do, it gains administrative rights to change information on your app's platform and log you out of your bolt app. deleting everything as they go, money included, changing your vehicle details. and eventually lock out of your app. without your permission and when you contact them to resolve the issue, they send you back to the app administrator to solve your problem. the app admin won't help you as your account has been deactivated and controlled by this fleet company. your business is interrupted without compensation or help, from Bolt or SmartOps.
