Avoid Smarts Ops - Unprofessional and Misleading Practices
I'm writing to warn others about my experience with Smarts Ops. After enquiring about their services early this year while I was unemployed and had a Bolt profile, they promised me a car, cash advance, and other benefits. However, I never signed up or utilized their services, only expressing interest. Despite this, I've been receiving persistent emails claiming I owe them R2,600. When I called to dispute this, I was told that the subscription fee is active regardless of whether I used their services or not, with charges app**** weekly. Their lack of transparency, unprofessional communication, and aggressive debt collection tactics are concerning. I urge others to exercise caution and thoroughly research before engaging with Smarts Ops.

It’s almost 2 years now with cartrack, had a bit of troubles with debit orders during the first few months but after that everything went smooth till now. Absolutely amazing.

Untrustworthy
I referred prospects to one of the consultants at wonderboom as a spotter around Easter holidays, prospects paid cash for the vehicle and the consultant assured me that the fact that I delivered a straight sale to him he will give the spotters fee/incentive but still to this day all I got was a whole season of stories as to why it delayed, it ranged from misplaced documents to I will put you as a spotter on my next sale that I am busy with. His Name is Tshepiso Sassa. I must say I was very disappointed in how they handled the situation.
