Excellent service
I made a Laybuy at Takkie Town Malelane and a month later after the Laybuy I received a call for a new job in Pretoria. Went to the shop to tell them. They advised that I could sign my ID copy and leave it to anyone who could come and collect my Laybuy. And I do so, they assisted her without any struggle, my takkies are now at home waiting for me.

Complaint department failing to resolve my case
It's 3 weeks now, McDonald's complaints is still failing to resolve my case, and I asked for their contact number to call them because on their 1st email they claimed that they failed to reach me on my number but they haven't given me, they keep requesting for the same things that I have sent them.
