The worst Experience ever, their fridges are not working, the coffe machine is always out of service in Rosebank, they sell food that is stale
I was given the best services n called back to ask if I was happy with the premium
I had opened an account an jet in 2017 and closed in 2020, in that period i only missed 3 payments due to lockdown. I settled the account and went to the store and requested my account to be closed and they assured me it was closed.fast forward 2023 im trying yo apply for finance and im told that account is affecting my score as its still active by itc checks, i contacted jet they told me they dont my account anymore i should call RCL and they told me the same that they dont have access to my records anymore. They tell me i should contact nimble i do so and they tell me they dont have any accounts under my name, so im stuck now not knowing who to call as they have not been helpful at all and this is affecting my life moving forward and im not happy with the service at jet as they have not been helpful at all.
I'm not happy with the service, I have been given since I started using your service. The bill keeps changing and I haven't received any invoices yet to know exactly how much am I suppose to pay, i can't keep changing my budget due to incompetence and the staff hasn't been helpful either as they don't update on the changes of billing
