Exceptional customer service
I recently received a package from colleagues in the US who mistakenly put the wrong contact number in the details. The fault was ours, but the team from MDS Collivery were unbelievably helpful. I got in touch with them and they responded immediately and updated my contact details. Their dashboard makes it easy to see where your package is, and the driver was just fantastic. Well done guys on your exceptional customer service!

Thank you for being amazing
I recently cracked my phone screen. I took it to Cell Fix in Kyalami Corner and I can honestly say I haven’t had better service. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the shop was spotless and I came out of there in less than 30 minutes with a better than new phone! Brilliant!

Internet Provider that can't provide internet
I was so excited when I got Rain, a purely South African internet service provider. Sadly, my excitement was misplaced. While things started off well, I am still unable to connect to the cellphone tower on the load-shedding grid in my area, which means I either have power or internet, but rarely both. The batteries apparently get stolen from the cellphone towers, which means no internet during load shedding. This is a serious issue as I work remotely. To combat this, I have to work at all hours of the night just to finish. I have communicated this to rain, and despite emails assuring me the problem has been solved, I still can't get anything done. No one has even picked up the phone to find out if I'm able to get the service they claim to provide.
