This company has *********** staff members, they only phone after a complaint has been posted. Then you wait and wait like normal, not getting any results in fixing your complaint. The one hands the complaint over to the other departments, that then phone me the patient and complain to me that the query has been outstanding for to long and he can not help anymore. So because of Pharmacy Direct incompetence after receiving the 1st query and not following up, now they want me just to leave it. I PAID FOR MEDICATION THAT WAS NOT DELIVERED AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!
I have an outstanding query from last year, where I never received my medication and they have till date not come back to me. Confirmed that the address they delivered was incorrect but still haven't refunded me or send medication. On top of this I was forced to pay up to date for outstanding payments, before new medication will be delivered. So I have paid up even while they haven't resolved my query. I have also requested for an updated invoice since over 20 days now,but with no luck. Received an email that they have send my request to their financial department. Today I received my medication but my wife's medication not send. What the he'll is wrong with you people?????
This company, Better Credit Solution doesn't even deserve 1 star rating. They are the worst company ever. They deducted my debit order, and since then the bank has been phoning me non stop regarding my accounts that hasn't been paid. I keep calling Mia, sending WhatsApp messages, I emailed Taariq on numerous occasions but to no avail.They either give me the run around, or ignore my calls and messages. And their answers are so evasive, and they never know what to say. This is so stressful as my creditors are on my back constantly. Has anyone had the same experience?
