From the outset I must stress how disappointed I am in their service. Our internet service the last few days were absolutely shocking. The speeds are low and service intermittent. I was struggling to stream anything online. The Springbok game and later the F1 final. How ridiculous is this! Trying to phone the call center is an absolute test of patience. They even logged the fault on my business address not my home address. Really! Even the feedback on the WhatsApp line is so vague and waiting for an actual phone call or appointment with technician is as good as waiting for ***s to fly. My opinion - their service is NOT worth the monthly expence.
After speaking with a salesperson and assuring me I would receive my order within 24 hours, I received it much later. I asked for a refund, they said I should pay to send back the items, which I did, the box was still unopened, now I can't get a hold of them for my refund! They are not answering ANY calls or emails (I have sent over 20 mails). I have been trying for over 4 weeks now! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
