My vehicle's smart key was water damaged. From the very first interaction with Ms Kamo Teane to the finalization of the claim, I had a heavenly experience - Kamo was professional, responsive and genuinely helpful providing a step by step process to initiate and finalize my claim. Her communication was clear, concise and I genuinely felt that she understood my needs and made every effort to prioritize my claim so that I could get a new key as soon as possible. Kamo provided excellent customer service which was efficient, friendly and reliable - all her promises to keep me updated regarding the processing of my claim was well within the the promised time frames. It is refreshing to deal with a company like OUTSurance that delivers exactly what they promise me. I am so glad that I switched from the FNB platinum policy to OUTsurance. In all my 60 odd years, never have I ever experienced such wonderful customer service like that provided by OUTsurance. It is reassuring to know that we are dealing with a company that truly cares about its clients. I have insisted that my children all switch their short term insurance to OUTsurance and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and hassle-free insurance. They claim to repair items but instead outsource the repairs. After 2 months we are still waiting for the microwave. Parts of the microwave were lost in their workshop. Absolutely NO customer service. You have to contact them constantly to obtain an update and then every excuse is given why the repair has not been done. **** and ***** artists
