Pathetic
Pathetic. This Supplier is selling their goods on the Takealot platform (which is a trusted site) As a rule, when Suppliers are out of stock on a particular item a buyer will not be able to add that item to their cart. Sine 31 January ’25 this supplier has cancelled 2 orders place on different dates for the same item due to “no stock”, however on the Takealot platform they are still advertising the item as an “in stock” item. The issue is now also reported to Takealot to investigate this supplier.

Awesome service and prices!

Online Purchase.: WORST ONLINE SERVICE EVER!!!
This business needs to understand than 93% of consumers take online reviews into account when making their purchase decisions. Judging by all the negative reviews and the fact that the business hardly ever replies to a review should be a "red flag" This business is missing out and hurting their business through inaction, as reputation management drives conversion. Get your "On line" house in order !!
