Amazing service and integrity
I bought a product from them. It was promptly delivered and I installed it on a Sunday morning. I has a problem so sent a Whatsapp message, and even though it was a Sunday, I received a prompt reply and help. It turned out the product was not what I wanted and I asked if I could return it for a refund. They said no problem. I received the refund soon after it was returned. AMAZING service and integrity. I would definitely recommend them. Much better than the service I have received from one of their opposition.

Perfect service and fast delivery
Amazing Service. Answered all my questions and after ordering my switches they were sent out immediately. Came even via overnight service and i had them the next day. Will definitely buy again.

Poor after sales service
Bought a camera with a unique power supply that dont work and reported via email and telephone but still no resolution. I cannot buy this power supply separate which means I would have to buy another camera.

I have used Eiferer several times before and the service is excellent. This time I ran into a problem with one of the units I purchased, and Jason just dealt with it in a professional and swift manner. No fuzz……………… just service !!! Appreciated !!!

Excellent service
Brilliant service. Speedy delivery, and an excellent website that works!! Although I wanted more than one, the website changed my quantity and told me they only had one. Nice! But I'll need to place another order for more when you get stock :-)
