This past Saturday we had my granddaughters wedding at this absolutely beautiful venue. When we were making the final arrangements the wedding co-ordinator Tsholo, was the most helpful and pleasant lady, as well as the day of the wedding. However the receptionist, Smangele seemed to go out of her way to try and make it as unpleasant as possible. This was confirmed by many of our guests. We were told by Tsholo they never have a function the day before a wedding and the only guests who were at the venue were those that had already booked in from the Friday, of which I was one. The make-up and hair artist had to start from 7am according to the schedule so they arrived early. One of the brides****s arrived with her husband at 7am and asked if he, not part of the bridal party could put his things down in the room, Smangele said NO checking is at 12, so he asked if he could please buy a coffee, again she told him NO the restaurant is not open. I asked if I could have the key to my room at 9 and she said NO, they had already started cleaning the room we had slept in while all our thins were still in the room. When I asked if I'm meant to put all my things back in my car her response was "if you want to". She then said very reluctantly "you can put your things in your room if you want to, it was open, but I could not get the key until after 12. My husband arrived with the wedding cake at about 11 and she gave him a hard time getting into the gate because MY name was on the list and not his. On this special day when one has so many other stresses to ensure everything is going according to plan and according to schedule, the last thing you need is a rude women making life as difficult as possible for everyone including your guests who traveled at least 2 hours to get this venue. And just for info the double rooms they advertise for 4 people is false advertising because they only seem to have one double room. I would NOT recommend this venue if SMANGELE is still working there!!!
Motus Nelspruit advertised a Renault Kwid 2024 model for R134 900- with 6564km's . On Tuesday morning early I phoned the branch and spoke to Thami who at the time was very helpful. He sent me the quote and 10H10 I sent the email will all documentation required plus proof of payment for this cash deal. He then started telling me that he just need to check the kilometer because a staff member drives this car and need to check the kilometers. I said I'm fine with that it is natural that a demo model is driven and kilometers will be slightly more. By the afternoon he had not sent me the paper work because "he still wanted to check the kilometers". Next thing this car is no longer available because it's "been in an accident". They going to try and get me another vehicle and I must give them until Friday. The only time I received any feedback was if I phoned them, not once did they even phone me and offer me anything else, yet they keeping my money all this time. By Friday afternoon when I had had enough I phoned I phoned Thami AGAIN!! He then sent me an email tell me they will refund my money. I understand from a previous review that this is not the first time they do this. I am now insisting on my money back in my account with interest as I await to see this happen.
#Premierprivate There is one thing you can always be sure of with #PremierPrivateResorts. They are totally *********** and dishonest. They allow you to book with property’s they have no association to and then promise you the best and give you the worst. They are totally dishonest. After taking my money for a “bonus” week they didn’t have any access to that accommodation so they promised me a newly revamped unit that is superb with everything new. I have numerous pictures of the unit we were given at La Montagne and the washing machines in the laundry are broken according to reception, who find it an effort to assist with anything. They are real ******
Premier Private Resorts never ceases to disappoint their clients. I sent an email to them on 20th May asking two questions; How can "MY CASH" expire? Why do I have such a little "CASH" left for the year ending 2023 when I have paid so much money for my annual fees at the end of December? 10 working days later and even although I have sent more emails requesting a response, I still have not received an answer. Do you honestly call this service?
Clinton has promised numerous times to provide me with the recording of my telephone conversation with Laren, and never gets back to me to resolve the matter Premier Private Resorts owes me 10 000 points as confirmed by the consultant at the time of my booking. PPR does not get back to me with the recording and does not refund me those points. Like an ostrich hides his head in the sand and hopes it goes away!!! IT'S NOT GOING AWAY CLINTON!!!
I spoke to Tshegofatso at 12:57 for the second time on 2nd February requesting 4 statements on my above mentioned account for the months of April, May, June & July 2019, she said she would log it and send me a reference number soonest. It is now 15 days later and I have still not even received the reference number, even although I told her this is URGENT!!! It is beyond my understanding why other banks are able to give me a certificate for the admin fees I’ve incurred in a tax year on a rented property but from RMB I need to send 24 pages for the 12 months to prove to SARS the admin fees incurred. I sent an email to the complaints department about this matter this afternoon and even from them I have had no response. RMB SERVICE IS SHOCKING!! The only time I have ever tried dealing with my private banker I have received nothing other than shocking service.
On 31st December I paid my full subscription and levy’s for 2021. I have received numerous emails and sms’s tell me “to avoid interest I must pay R305.10”. I have made at least 5 phone calls, holding on for long messages to finish playing just to be told, it’s just an adjustment error and will be rectified by #PremierPrivateResorts and with a few weeks I again get an sms or email. #PremierPrivate owe ME interest for the cost of all my calls and time. I am now posting this on every page of social media. I am not calling them again and will certainly not pay interest on an amount they settled with my card payment which already was a little more than quoted.
Be careful #Hotels.com# trick you into making incorrect books. I was searching for a hotel overseas for 2 adults with specific dates. Due to our currency the bookings are very expensive. On numerous occasions I searched and one evening the venue I wanted with the dates I wanted appeared, pre populated, but for R4500 cheaper. I was so excited I booked it straight away. Not noticing that although they had pre populated my dates and sent me the venue I kept searching, they had changed my booking from two adults to one adult. This being a no-cancellation booking. Of course they “try” and help you to no avail and the booking ends up costing even more that the first search I did. So it’s “take-it or leave-it” non refundable, no cancellation allowed booking. Be very careful of their dishonesty and tricks!!!!

I went to Levingers at Fourways and asked if they could repair a strap on a computer bag and a buckle on my handbag. I was told they normally could but I was to bring then in and they will confirm. I took it in the Monday and they confirmed they could fix it and the items would be ready for collection the Thursday as they need to order the buckle. I went to collect on Thursday and was told the compressor broke and has only just been rectified but I could collect after 16H00 on Thursday. I said I could only return on Saturday. I returned on Saturday only to be told, "we didn't have black leather to fix the strap of the computer bag and the lady forgot to order the buckle for my bag." SHOCKING SERVICE!!! They had my phone number, yet I had to return 4 times just to hear they did nothing!!!

On 26th February I went to Design Quarter in Fourways and bought a couch and 6 bar chairs. I asked the sales people if they had a medium colour wood but it was either dark or light wood, I ordered the dark wood. I was told it will take 4-6 weeks for delivery. After discussing with our woodwork designer, he advised that I get the bar chairs in the lighter wood and he can stain them darker to match our other wood work. I phoned Coricraft and they told me to put my request in writing and if production had not yet started they will make the change at no additional cost. On 4 March they advised me production had not yet started, there will be no additional cost however my delivery date will now be moved out by one week. Therefore the revised due date for delivery was between the 1st and the 15th April. They have made promise after promise eventually confirming the chair will be completed on 29th April and delivered today 4th May. Today my delivery arrives with only the couch, my chairs are still not even finished. They then make as though they doing me a favour to "try" and deliver on Friday 6th May. My husband an executive of a large corporate group now need to take leave to be available for them to make a deliver. Our time wasted, expenses incurred and loss of productivity has cost us more that this furniture, due to Coricafts empty promises. My advise is NEVER BUY FROM CORICAFT, THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT SERVICE IS, AND DON'T KEEP ANY PROMISES AND DO NOT MEET THEIR COMMITMENTS"
