I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Khalanga group. Initially, Gideon was friendly, but things took a turn for the worse during the installation process. He demanded extra payment for installation in the garage, which was not agreed upon. To make matters worse, he left the battery unmounted on the floor, stole items from the boxes (including a WiFi ****le), and asked for payment via FNB GeoPayment to avoid tax. The installation was botched, and the settings on my inverter were incorrect. When I contacted Gideon, he was arrogant and uncooperative, even hanging up on me. The job was left unfinished, and I didn't receive the certificate of compliance as promised. I had to hire another company to fix the mess, which added to my expenses. Instead of saving money on electricity, I ended up paying twice what I would have paid with Eskom. I strongly advise against hiring this company if you want quality service. Their incompetence and unprofessionalism have left a sour taste in my mouth. Their service is subpar, and their behavior is unacceptable. Look for a reputable and trustworthy company to handle your solar system installation.
Dstv keeps adding reconnections fees even if you pay your accounts on time. Owing connections fees from last month? Is it a post paid service or pre paid service? How can i pay reconnection fees from last month since this is a prepaid service? Dstv why don’t you just say the R50 for reconnection is part of our subscription because it is the third month i am requested to pay even though i pay my accounts on time. I am really disappointed on the services i got from dstv. My account disconnected but i paid full amount subscription.
I am not happy with FNB services. My account is on a minus because they decided to honor(pay) my transactions for debit orders that i did not sign up for. Then charged me ridiculous amount of money for paying on my behalf. I never asked FNB to pay money on my behalf since I don’t have overdraft. I paid over R 1000 for bank charges to thank them for paying on my behalf which i never asked for assistance.
