Your Branch Consolidation approach might be saving you money, but leaving you with ALOT of Unhappy Customers! I've been banking with Standard Bank for over to 10 years, both Business and Personal. and it had always been absolute joy banking with Standard Bank. Now it feels like a complete nightmare. I am Prestige Account Banker and i am 47th in line to talk to a Private Banker, 47Th IN LINE FOR PRIVATE BANKING ASSISTANCE??? once the Agent answers, he says Hello then we got disconnected after holding for close to 30 mins. With my Business accounts I literally have to BEG my business banker for a response or at least an acknowledgement of my email. Otherwise your request will go in the trash. From Great, TO WORST SERVICE EVER!
Advertising R100pm airtime and 2Gig once off Data, and when you try to sign up or follow the link to their site to sign up, only R50 airtime and 1 gig once off. They do not respond to comments, DMs even though you can see that they viewed your message. Off to a good start Spot Money/Mobile
Pie City Vaal Mall Vanderbijlpark. Horrible Service and Attitude by a lady called Mandisa. And it's now the second time just this month. Never buying there again.
0/10 For Home-Connect Service and Support. But 10/10 to Monica for her prompt assistance when my queries had to be escalated to her after i complained on Hello Peter for services issues I've been having for weeks. Highly recommend dealing with her if you want anything resolved promptly. Two Stars for Monica. 0 for Home-Connect
😡WORST SERVICE EVER! 😡🤬STAY AWAY! Worst Service I've ever came across, Network goes down at least 4 or 5 times a Day on a good day! No Support, they don't respond to support requests on their portal. No response to emails. and when you want to cancel they charge you over R2000 cancellation Fee! I would not recommend Home-Connect! 🤬
