Their “cleaning fees” are charged regardless of the state you leave the property in—even spotless units mysteriously warrant a charge. And don't even get me started on the phantom repairs backed by questionable invoices. Rental Pros seems to rely on legal jargon and ambiguous clauses to intimidate tenants into submission. Their strategy is simple: wear you down, avoid transparent communication, and make you feel like your money fell from the sky. If you challenge them, expect silence, delay tactics, or dismissiveness. This isn’t property management—it’s institutionalized ****ming dressed in corporate emails. Let this be a warning to future tenants: document everything, and be ready to take it to the ombudsman if necessary.
