I recently made special arrangements to donate fresh avocados (90) to the retired residents of ANNIE SCHULTZ ONS TUIS. The staff didnt give me any process to follow and I had to search for a resident to assist in accepting the fruit upon my arrival. Nobody ever showed any appeciation or even thanked me for my effort. It is quite surprising that people just accept a gift as if they deserved it. Perhaps I should have offered the avocados at R8/avocado considering the cost of avocados in super markets at R12/single advocado. These avocados are pure organic which it is hard to find. I future I will reconsider my donations carefully.

SHOCKINGLY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM SARS RECENTLY, BILLING ME FOR LATE SUBMISSION OF 2024 – SARS CONFRMED THEY NEVER RECEIVED MY SUBMISSION FOR 2024!!! Shocking! THIS BEHAVIOUR OF TIMTAX IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AND VERY *************!! NOTE: T heir service is not for free! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND RATHER APPOINT A TAX PRACTITIONER TO AVOID UNECCASSARY COSTS AND SURPRISES LIKE THIS!!
THIS IS CRITICAL INFORMATION FOR FUTURE INVESTORS, CONSIDER JOINING STANDARD BANK! ON 30 SEPTEMBER 2024 I REQUESTED STANDARD BANK TO PROVIDE ME WITH A LETTER, CONFIRMING MY BANKING DETAILS. THE BANK IMMEDITELY BILLED ME WTH R15.00 FOR AN EMAIL FOR THIS SERVICE. SINCE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY EMAIL FROM STANDARD BANK IN THIS REGARD AFTER THREE (3) DAYS, I STARTED TO INVESTIGATE THE ISSUE ON 03 October 2024 WITH THE BANK. AFTER I HAD TO SPEND 95 minutes on my phone to try and OBTAIN THIS LETTER, BEING TRANSFERRED FROM ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER WHO COULD NOT ASSIST ME, AND HOPELESLY FRUSTRATED, I REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. THE MANAGER CALLED ME AND HE SENT ME A DOCUMENT WHICH I COULD NOT OPEN. THE DOCUMENT WAS ENCRYPTED IN WINDOWS 7 OR AN OLDER FORMAT WHICH IS OUTDATED. IT IS SHOCKING TO LEARN that A BANK, WHERE MY MONEY IS INVESTED, DO NOT STAY WITH UPDATED TECHNOLOGY ANYMORE? AFTER 4 HOURS THE BANK CALLED ME AND CONFIRMED THEY COULD NOT OPEN THE DOCUMENT EITHER AND CONFIRMED THE BANK CHARGES WERE REVERSED. NOT EVEN OFFERING TO REFUND ME FOR MY TELEPHONE EXPENSES TO POINT OUT THEIR POOR MANAGEMENT! I CONSIDER IT A FINANCIAL RISK DEALING WITH SUCH A POORLY MANAGED WORLD CLASS FINANCIAL INSTITUTION IN SOUTH AFRICA!
Being a client of ABSA for 30 years I am shocked and disgusted how this bank services were destroyed recently! With internet banking doing EFT payments my vendors and myself used to get verification of payments from the bank which is not happening as requested !!1 There is no service for ***** reporting (They never answer a call) and no personnel I find properly trained to do their work to deal with client problems! THIS IS A WARNING FOR ANYBODY PLANNING TO JOIN ABSA ......BE CAREFULL AND DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU ENTER INTO THIS MESS!!
I been a client of ABSA Bank for 30 years - Have any body of the public ever tried to report ***** to ABSA*****?? Do not even attempt they never answer any telephone call after being on line for 15 minites.!! I have tested The service of STANDARD BABK AND WHAT A RESPONSE !!! I am in the process to close my account with ABSA Circus in banking business!!
