Timing gears was done in January. Bakkie died out on N7. My mechanic said that the person who did the timung gears didn't know what he was doing
My bakkie was taken on Monday for service and to replace timing gears. Workshop manager Hannes informed me that there was a knock in the engine and that they need to open the engine. On Thuesday I phoned and he said that he has other work to do before he can attend to my bakkie and that he will speak on Wednesday morning to me. Wednesday I phoned at around 14h00 ( again to hear the status of my bakkie and he raised his voicesince I didn't hear from him in the morning) to hear the status and he said again that he still has other work to do before he can attend to my bakkie. Thursday at 12h00 I phoned again and Hannes raised his voiceover the phone and said that he has told me that he has other work to do before he can attend to my bakkie. I decided to rather go and fetch my bakkie and to take it to another mechanic. At the office Hannes started to scream and become aggressive infront of my wife and the person behind the counter. Hannes have no customer service and since he screamed at me infront of my wife i would recommend him to be fired!! My wife was shocked to see that a manager behave like that. I want to ask Hayes Motors why must my bakkie stand for a week before being attended to? I used that bakkie for my business.
Not getting paid for work done Did his gas installation for his trucks. Been 3 months and no payment received. Never answer his phone and always have an excuse for not paying. Been reading previous reviews he is clearly not trustworthy
