Poor Business Ethics
to date we have had no response nor update regarding the coding machine we purchased during our financial year. the product advertised was misleading, numerous missing important assecories of the machine, waste of money Very poor

Reliable store
We have ordered a hand held machine from the reliable store online and have been dealing with Sello. Fisrtly it took over 2months to deliver, then they delivered missing parts when we followed up , it took them 2 weeks to reply with an excuse that the supplier did not pack the product properly. we followed up again to request the missing parts they delived the wrong part, Missing parts usb flash drive + hard case box for the storage of the machine. To date we have received nothing and we will never deal with them again.
