Hi I’m Jolandi Flugel. I have a rental solar system with Versofy solar. Trust me when I say this. They are the worst when it comes to customer service. 1 st incident. My batteries won’t charge. Log a fault on the group chat that everyone important is on. No reply for 3 days. Send a email. In the morning get a replay late the evening. Takes a week for them to sort the issue out. So after issue is sorted out. I have some faith in them to ad more pannels and batteries. One day after installation is complete. The whole system does not work properly. Discharges from a 100% to 50% in 4hrs then to 0% in 3 seconds. And this is running a 16kw battery pack. So I take screenshots and send them on I get told to monitor it and so I do. Eventually they say they need to come out. Make arrangements to take a day off work the Tuesday just to get told they not coming anymore. When do they come 3 weeks later. Takes them 2 days to fix. To date 4 December 2025 @ 13:00. 16:30 my system that was fixed has the same problem with the simular error it had from the start of my 1 log and still discharged from 98% to 47% by it self but I’m running completely from the grid. Oh and guess what they still deducted the new premium for the extra equipment even though I have not have use of my batteries for almost a full month and to make matter wors they double debited me. Said they would refund me shortly that was the morning and send pop. Never did and had to call the bank to reverse the one amount and pay for the charges due to there negligence and incompetence. So people of South Africa. If you looking at going the Versofy way. Please don’t. This is definitely not the 1st time I have had terrible service experience from a them. I have never in my life had such terrible service experience. No one has even had the decency to call and offer a discount or paid me back any sort of refund as my system is NOW WORKING
Good day. My name is Jolandi Flugel. I app**** for a credit card with Woolies. I was approved and yesterday 5/08/2024 I received a message saying I can collect my card at the branch in Somerset West. Please see attached screenshot as proof. In doing my application I had selected to collect my card in store. Rather then waiting the unnecessary 3 to 5 days for it to be delivered. 16:14. I arrived at the store and waited after handing them my id book. 16:35 I got called to sit inside the little office just so they can tell me they have issues with the credit card pins. They then proceeded to call financial office. Just to get told the new accounts department close at 16:30. I have to come back the next day. So today I went back there just to have the same issue and then get told all the Woolies stores in Cape Town are having the same issue. My question is. How does such a big franchise not get the equipment or systems sorted out. Then wasting not just my time but clearly thousands of customers time. The whole reason you have these financial institutions in store is so people don’t have to wait for things. It’s a real inconvenience and this needs to be rectified as I will be writing a report on this and forwarding it on HELLOPETER. Please note when I got my store card I had exactly the same issue. This is unacceptable for such I big franchise. This message has also been sent to Woolies complaints. Still no reply or eager to get this matter resolved in a timely manner
Friday we went to apply for an apple laptop contract with Vodacom for a second time in 2 to 3 years. They declined us the first time in 2021. No reason specified. So we went to Mtn and got immediate approval on 2 iPhone 11 contract. Anyway never missed my payment or any other payments. I don’t have any bad debt. Credit score of 640. So went to apply for this MacBook deal of just R1000 a month. Vodafone once again says I don’t qualify for the deal. I earn a total income of R44800 a month. 20k goes towards debit orders. How in the world don’t I qualify or does vodacom not know how to employ staff that understand bank statements. I even tried to get the lowest package of R699 but to my surprise I did not qualify for that either. So Saturday I decided I’ll go to Telekom and apply there and guess what. Got approved instantly on a R899 contract. I will never ever apply at Vodacom in my life again not were my partner and my kids. Definitely not the best in service or network. A complete and utter disgrace and company. Would not recommend them at all.
