PG autoglass had my vehicle at their Sandton branch supposedly waiting for spares. The branch manager repeatedly to me, telling time and time again that the incorrect spares had been sent amongst other stories. I went to check on my vehicle only to find it covered in a layer of dust and after speaking with other staff there, they informed me that nothing has been done on the vehicle and no parts had been ordered. Eventually organising the spares from a different supplier .Pg head office then informed me that they have changed their minds and will be undertaking the work. I have never dealt with such a ********* unprofessional company in my life.
A *****ulent garage card was used at my petrol station. The transaction went through the speed point machine. I was duly informed that a day after the transaction was performed ,only then, was the card reported ******. Instead of doing any form of investigation, standard bank blamed me and subsequently took the money out of my account, and expected me to be happy about it.In my opinion standard bank is in league with the *****sters.
I took my car for a windscreen repair at PG Auto glass Sandton. They kept the car for over 3 months and did absolutely nothing on it.Every week I would phone for progress and they would always LIE to me.Every week was a different story. Eventually after 3 months I went to the branch, my car was covered in a layer of dust and had not been touched. I contacted PG AutoGlass head office and they investigated. Head office then informed me that it is not worth their while to do the job and I must go away.
At our complex the outside electricity kept tripping. LMS traced the fault to an unused feed to an old electric fence. LMS then decided, because they were dealing with a body corporate and a lady, they would needlessly replace the entire DB board for no reason other than to make more profit on the job.
