Disappointed by one of your nurse who *****s visitors belongings at General ward bed 37, my partner lost his wallet on the chair while the doctor was busy with me, the same nurse when the doctor was done examining me, he left his phone on my bed and the nurse was about to put it in her pocket luckily I alerted the doctor about his phone and she then give it to him. I even went to the ward yesterday to look for it hence that was the only place we had it and no one advised me of what to do next in such cases. She tried to tap with the bank cards at mamelodi luckily we already blocked them. I am very disappointed as a patient 😔 😞 😕 NB I know her name and surname
Here we go again with Naked insurance, thier now going behind my back and arrange for meet up with my cousin without informing me as a policy holder, since Hollard is no longer their underwriter, it is now becoming a problem when you claim from them, they will send you from pillar to post Guys don't be deceived by their adverts on the billboards, be very careful
My experience has been a roller coaster with them, when they sell me their insurance they never asked me if I have a tracker or i should have one so they can use it as a backup now that I have a claim they now want to use it hence I was never discounted for having it but now they want me to sign an indemnity for them to access my profile which I feel is a violation of my private life, so now their just delaying my claim and their quick to deduct the money but the car is a non runner, I know their looking for loophole as the accident happened on the 16th of November but they want 3 days reports. My question is why do we have to involve the business which was not included in the contract, they have accident report in hand but still can't use it. So in case I didn't have tracker how where they going to navigate the claim?
My second time having a bad experience with this insurance company, communication is very poor and no emotional support or what so ever, I remember a single day when they called me that I didn't pay their premium but when I claim it has always been a problem, it is like their looking for loophole for them not to pay, you can't asked me what time did I give my cousin to go and see our uncle who is sick and how did he gets the car from me. Collection of the premium is what their good at but helping you to resolve the issue with them is a problem, you will be sent to pillar to post even if you took comprehensive cover with them
Communication is very bad with Gobid in Kempton park, I won a bid on a starter bakkie on Monday the 5th of February and I sent my partner to finalise everything with them and only to find that the computer box is taken out of the car of which I now have to wait for the investigation to take place, which no lead time was discussed and their account department are on my back for payment hence the holds up are on their side and I then proposed that they must take off the money so I can take the car and get a new computer box but I am still waiting for the feedback from them.

I had an accident with my kids on the 29th of January 2023 at Klein Kariba and I called Naked Insurance to help me with the towing and transport arrangements to get me home and they promised to arrange the transport but it never happened, instead the management at the resort arrange theirs to take us; from that day i never got any calls from them until Grobbies sends me an email that my insurance hasn't given them an instructions to where they should take the car and had to follow up with them that's when the movement of the car started and to date I haven't gotten any calls from the assessor but month end money was deducted. I can write a book on how my situation was handled by naked insurance hence I had insured my 2 cars with them
