The Wild Coast Sun has always been our family’s holiday destination, and we have never had an experience like this before. On our last day, our vehicle would not start and we urgently needed accommodation for the night so that we could arrange for it to be towed the following morning. We were informed that there were no rooms available, despite the website showing availability. We were prepared to pay the price for the room. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of compassion or understanding for the difficult situation we found ourselves in.
I have logged a query 3 days ago about a faulty line and no one as called me as yet We are without wifi for 4 days this is ridiculous I have also applied for a new contract and a agent did call me to compete it but nothing followed If this is the kind of service you offer your client please get someone to contact me to cancel so I can take my business elsewhere
