I am very unhappy with my experience at this property. For the past few days, I have been dealing with ongoing electricity problems that keep coming back even after maintenance visits. The maintenance team only provides temporary fixes, and the issue keeps recurring shortly after they leave. This has caused serious inconvenience and disruption to my daily life. It’s frustrating to constantly report the same problem without seeing a proper, long-term solution. Communication and urgency from management have also been disappointing. I expected better service and reliable living conditions, but unfortunately that has not been the case. I would not recommend this property until they address their maintenance and service issues properly.

I had a very frustrating experience with SmartMatter. I spent the entire day without electricity even though I had sufficient funds in my account. When I contacted their support team, I was told to wait 30 minutes but nothing was resolved after that time passed. I then sent an email hoping to get proper assistance, only for my request to be closed by a very rude agent without even giving me a chance to fully explain the situation or be heard. This lack of professionalism and poor customer service is extremely disappointing, especially when dealing with something as essential as electricity. Customers deserve respect, proper communication, and real solutions none of which I experienced. I sincerely hope SmartMatter improves their customer service and response processes because this experience was unacceptable.
The best insurance by far I recommend king price any day every time . Keep up the good work of making your customers smile 😃😃😃😃😃
The service I received at mustang Hatfield is heartbreaking , the white lady at the door by the name Carln made me wait outside for the whole hour with my baby while she allowed white and white lady Indian people to go in , I don't know want to pull out the ****** card but I kinda felt discriminated
I have being waiting for my contract lens for over a month and the only time I got feedback which apparently is regarding back order was when I called and the receptionist lady was very very rude to me .
