We had the most despicable at this spa. We had booked and received confirmation for 11 and our time was pushed to 12, with no apologies. We were squashed in a tiny room that couldn’t accommodate 12 people (6 of us and 6 of their staff members). The dish we had to soak our feet in was dirty and somewhat rusted. The towels were dirty and ripped, the beds had oil from previous clients and when we told them to cancel and give our money back we did not receive it. We have since been waiting.
I am so disappointed with Ubereats today. My colleague and I ordered from pedros in Umhlanga through Ubereats, this was not our first time. After an hour of our order not arriving we check the app and it says food delivered. After numerous calls to pedros and ubereats it becomes apparent that their driver Leonard dropped the food off in the wrong place. I am told to place another order if I want my food, my first order was at 11, the second order came at half past 2, way past my lunch time. I am then told I have to pay for this new order as the money for the order they never brought to us will only be reimbursed after 3 to 5 working days. Make it make sense
