On the 15th of june 2024 (today)i made a booking with them only for it to have single beds and be asked for an extra cost that was not included in any of their information on booking.com. As if that was not enough the lady i spoke to was shouting to me as a customer and dropped the call on me as if she was the one who called that level of customer service ridiculous all i asked her was to speak to a manager because she was already rude from onset
The worst management property ever i hope the complexes looking to do business with these heartless people are here to read this they do not care about your tenants at all LYNDA is busy telling tenants that she only speaks to landlords CEDAR ROC COMPLEX electricity was cut off three days back because they owe and they send us information saying they made an arrangement yet there is nothing till now even when you try to explain to them that your kids are suffering for it they do not care at all rather want to do a shouting contest with you as a tenant 🙌🙌im beyond fustrated but the level of service you will get from this property management is zero do not even think once just do not use them if you are a company that strive in giving your tenants the best coz they do not care at all i even have screenshots to prove how someone can be so inhuman and inconsiderate .
