I requested a refund from Fuelfest on the 9th September 2024. I received an email on the 10th September requesting my bank details to do the refund, till today the 9th October I have not received my refund and no one responds to my emails. I find this highly unprofessional, and to be non transparent and will not be supporting Fuelfest ever again, and would not recommend that anyone else support them either!
I was sequestrated in April 2018, and had myself rehabilitated in June 2021. To this day I am still trying to have an FNB account removed from my credit rating which is affecting my credit score, I have made numerous phone calls waiting on hold for over an hour and being transferred to various departments and people more than three or four times with no resolution to the problem. I have been sending mails almost every day for the last few months too insolvent@fnb.co.za with no response at all. I would really like a consultant to just contact me and make the arrangements to remove the account from Transunion etc. as I am unable to apply for any finance, should I not I will be contacting the banking ombudsman and taking this matter further.
