Fuel Fest SA ticket refund
I bought tickets last July 2024. I am still awaiting my refund. The bank has been trying to get a hold of Fuelfest SA and to date no response. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. You guys advised to do a chargeback with the bank yet yourl don’t refund.

Fuelfest refund and communication a joke!!!
I requested a refund from Fuelfest on the 9th September 2024. I received an email on the 10th September requesting my bank details to do the refund, till today the 9th October I have not received my refund and no one responds to my emails. I find this highly unprofessional, and to be non transparent and will not be supporting Fuelfest ever again, and would not recommend that anyone else support them either!

Unhappy and angry
I bought 4 tickets for fuelfest johannesburg months before the event and then the event was canceled. I'm still waiting till to date for my refund.. The fuelfast informed me to email Nel Legacy Group and I did. Still no refund and not answering my mails anymore. This is a red flag for ************* companies both fuelfest and Nel Legacy Group. It was nice receiving our money and now it's difficult to refund us.

Fuelfest Johannesburg a ****
It's still very recent so I'm not exactly sure how to address the issue. Due to the fact that I bought tickets on Quicket for today's event at R450 a shot. Drove all the way to Zwartkops Raceway to find...nothing. That is the most ****tiest thing you (as organizer or promoter) can do. No email, no notification, no update on Facebook just nothing. I've tried posting on their facebook page but it needs to be reviewed before its published so it probably won't get published. Waste of resources I tell you!!! Hope to get in touch with someone to atleast get a refund from them.

Fuelfest south africa
Is there anyone else that bought tickets for FUELFEST South Africa, Durban. Although the so called company responded to my email about being reimbursed. Thereafter I didn't receive anything further.
