I do not understand how thier website can say overnight delivery but service agents want to postpone for an extra day, especially in a case like this where I am waiting for live earthworms to be delivered. The answer I get is that it is an error on thier website yet no one seems to try solve the problem which is that I am not getting my delivery as promised. The general service agent said to me yesterday on the 18/09 that it would be here today yet when escalated due to thier website saying it has not been recieved but is still in transit i get a different story? I will not be making ise of courierguy again due to thier inefficiency and thier lack of truth.
We bought a pack of pork rib chops yesterday (15/02/2023) only to find that it has maggots in when we wanted to cook it. This is the second time we recieve meat from them and to find that between 2 hours to a day in fridge maggots crawling on meat, as a spar customer i find it unexceptable
