Cartrack customer care sucks...
Our bus that transport learners to and from school develop a problem with its Cartrack system. I explained to the technical department what the problem is, and tried to book a repair. What a disaster!!!! Incompetent staff, with no or minimal training!!! I got hold of Daleen van Lely (Fleet account manager)and she helped is in a very professional way. Thanks to her....

Excellent mechanic shop
I would like to thank Jan Hendrik and his team for the excellent service they provide. He always keeps you informed about the progression on work done on our busses and vechiles. Very professional repairs done by competent mechanics. I would recommend them any day.
