I wonder if anyone has ever gotten a maternity bag from Sizwe because my son is turning 1 year in a weeks time and still Sizwe Hosmed has not delivered anything to me, why is that? Isn’t this inclusive when we register on the bambino programme? Why should I be following up for a year for whats supposed to be done by your company? I even called the call centre and they said the bag is on its way, for 1 year now? Really sad that this is how clients are treated when we pay our premiums, yet if we don’t pay will Sizwe allow us free medical treatment? Do better please! Oh and dont even get me started on changing plans with them, they did away with the value option, moved us automatically to the value platinum option which costs so much, took 5 months of me trying through a broker then approaching them directly to get this change done. Then they say they cant refund me the premiums, yet even after we changed, we were still getting charged the platinum rates. This medical aid requires you to do all their work for them, most unhelpful yet are quick to charge you high premiums! Terrible service from Sizwe Hosmed! Would never recommend them!
I have purchased numerous times over the years and must admit that the quality and service remains constant. Easy ordering process, quality products and fast delivery all for reasonable prices. Would highly recommend this store to anyone!
I have supported this business for a while but recently noticed the decline in service like unbelievably. Avashni has pathetic customer service and i wonder how she thinks this business will last. Her daughter is trained to have the same mentality and they both treat you like they are doing you a damn favor! Constantly on the phone when you go there but try getting an appointment, you wait days for a reply or for them to even answer the phone! I purchased a voucher for a colleague out of convenience as a birthday gift since she does go to this establishment, whats the point of buying a voucher if i must then go to the salon to collect it?? I then told her send me a picture of the voucher because she had apparently "printed it" and had it in store to which she rep**** with a blank voucher, no name, no value or type of service. How will i now send that to my colleague? Why not just take a picture of the apparent printed voucher that you have? After back and forth she tries to call me at 9pm to explain herself to which i rejected the call. I then told her to just give me refund because I've purchased so many vouchers before online and this is not how it works, to which she says its very concerning that after she sent me a voucher i want a refund, what can i do with a blank voucher lady??? There's no ref number or anything, literally BLANK! Then she expects me to go to the salon for a cash refund after i sent my banking details. The whole point of me buying online is because I CANNOT COME TO THE SALON, i just had a baby and cant get to the salon! To this day i have not been refunded so i hope my hard earned money makes her rich and buys her some business skills! ****** pathetic excuse of a business, its not wonder your staff gossip about you the entire time they are doing nails , mocking you infront of customers!
