I was completely blown away by Natalie van Rooyen, from the DSL support team's, level of service and support. She carefully listened to my very specific scenario, and went through a very long thread of emails, to properly understand my situation and ensure I was heard. From there, she went above and beyond to rectify the situation. She could have easily blown me off - as I was already tied into a contract, but she spent hours of her time to ensure I was refunded. She instantly notified me of any updates related to my query and was always fun and friendly to deal with, even under stressful circumstances. This illustrates that DSL are fair and truly have their customer's best interest at heart - a rare find in a world of profit-driven large corporates. I am so glad that I used DrSL and feel safe in your hands moving forward! I highly recommend you use them too!
My FNB accounts (business and personal) were moved to my accountants OLD email address, without my consent or even being notified. I spent hours on FNB chat and the phone to rectify this. After being endlessly passed around between departments, not being able to upload any documents on the chat - because it crashes when you upload, having the chat drop numerous times so I kept having to re-state my problem from the start, having to send multiple documents - to different addresses because none of FNB's systems work, I was finally told that the matter would be resolved in 8 business days. Literally DAYS of my time wasted to rectify an issue that FNB created without my consent. This is a gross negligence of my business and personal privacy and security! Now my Business Account is STILL under my accountant's old address and on my personal account my entire statement history and chat history has been wiped. The chat history has been wiped, so I can't even refer to my previous chats and have to re-state everything for the 1000th time. I am beyond frustrated dealing with FNB. Steer clear of using their services unless you like having your time wasted and your finances put at risk!

Thank you for the EXCELLENT app, products, and customer service! I have been using the Sixty60 app for close to a year now. In that time I've watched the app improve each month and I've enjoyed the well-thought out and useful functionality that's been added at a blistering pace. The app guides you through each step and the interface is intuitive and easy to use. I can now choose alternative products if anything is out of stock, specify my preferred delivery slot and track the status of my order - seeing each product as it's shopped (with the option to approve or update alternatives), including driver tracking from store to door. My products are well-picked and packed with care. In the rare cases where there has been a glitch, support staff are easy to contact (free of charge) - directly through the app . Any issues were rectified instantly and with a smile. The delivery people are always cheerful and friendly. After delivery, I can rate my driver, products and delivery. When purchasing office supplies - I can easily access and email myself an invoice, as soon as my order is delivered. Shopping hours have recently been extended - which has rescued me from running out of supplies more times than I'd like to admit. I cannot speak highly enough about this service. This software has alleviated the stress of planning or running out of supplies from my life and I would be lost without it. Well done to everyone involved!
<p>I recently had to claim for insurance for my stolen device. I remember feeling a sense of dread when I applied for the claim - preparing myself for the massive battle that usually insues when claiming from insurance. To my surprise and delight - dealing with 24 Hour Mobility was the complete opposite of what I had expected. </p> <p> </p> <p>Siyavuya Makubalo, the consultant who assisted me, was patient, informative, friendly and responsive - attributes which were reflected in everyone I dealt with from the organisation (sorry that I didn't catch all of your names!). </p> <p> </p> <p>I was notified of exaclty what processes were taking place and when I could expect delivery of the device - without me even asking. The team worked really well together - they all knew who I was and the details around my claim, without me having to run through the same details over and over again.</p> <p> </p> <p>The process was really quick and easy - even though there were complications around the fact that the device was stolen in Zambia, as well as issues around the blacklisting of the device. I also wasn't charged a crazy excess or massive premiums for claiming - everything about the claim was really fair and transparent - and I was given all the details upfront.</p> <p> </p> <p>It took 13 working days from the start of the process, until I received my replacement device. Siyavuya's attention to detail went so far, that I even got my preferred colour of device - something I happened to mention in one of my mails.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'd also like to thank MTN Insurance and Pinnacle Marketing - who were both also involved in the claim.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you 24 Hour Mobility - you are raising the bar for insurance companies and a perfect example of what insurance should be like! </p>
