Absolutely PATHETIC service when calling 083135 option 4. First agent I get through to sounded like he had just woken up from a deep sleep, he dropped the call. Second try, get through to lady named Musa. Asked to speak to floor supervisor as she wasn't understanding what my query involved. She stated the floor supervisor had to leave for an emergency. Then tells me call back after an hour as system is offline. Asked her to call me back once system is up, says they not allowed to call customers. I will not call and be humiliated by amateur staff that firstly cant converse in English.
After trying to get hold of and book my dishwasher in for repair at Master Care for nearly a month (tried calling their sharecall number since 20 January 2023 without success), they eventually came out on 23 February 2023 after writing a report on HelloPeter. To date, I've received no updates from Master Care on how far they are with the repair. Their service have gone from bad to worse over the past 10 years, yet their monthly contributions are religiously debited and increase without notice.
Bought half lamb pack for R693.93 yesterday afternoon (16h21). Opened it this evening to marinade for function tomorrow, meat is slimy and smelly. Very dissapointed 😢. Is this reason you guys no longer give customer option to choose a carcus and cut it up and pack it in front of customer and rather pre pack them instead? Who knows how long these pre packs stand in the fridge?
Pathetic service, they religiously debit your account monthly and are the first to call if the debit order is rejected. I first tried calling for nearly 2 weeks in January, their phones went to voicemail with recording that your caller number3 then 2 then caller number 1, then 'sorry, we cannot take this call please send an e-mail to log a service request'. Eventually get hold of them on 07 February to log the job, technician comes out 10 February, to date 23 February still waiting for a response as to what they have discovered is wrong with dishwasher. Call the national call centre number, they say they cant get hold of the Durban branch to find out what the delay is.
