Sealy-Belize MKll Queen bed
Sealy belize MKll matress that I received from Bradlows umgeni on the 14 December 2023 settled within 2 weeks. I couldn't believe it. Then I reported or lodged the complain. I've been waiting for the replacement since. I'm so disappointed and in disbelief.

My REFUND not paid
Payflex is not paying my money back, they are claiming that Refunds were deposited into my closed bank account! How insane is that! I will not use this payment method ever again coz WOW.

I'm not happy with the whole experience shem!
First of all there is no phone line for customers. You can only reach them via email. Secondly, processing order takes a while you would swear you being scammed due to the silence on order process updates. Lastly, I had to hire a guy to assist me with assembling therefore I am not buying from them again.

Never buy TV stands from Makro!!!! 😡
I will strongly advise people against buying TV STANDS from Makro as my order was delivered in little tiny pieces for me to do a whole carpentry on it! First of all, I don't own tools such a hammer, ***** driver and what not. It's been a whole week this box is sitting coz I literally don't have tools to assemble it! This is just draining!

What a Sh! t service
I ordered my goods online, expected my order to be delivered on Saturday the 25th. Come Saturday, goods were not delivered as promised and there was no communication stating any delays experienced. I ended up canceling the order. After canceling the order I was bombarded by multiple notifications regarding the order status. I called to alert them of this. And they assured me that indeed my refund has been processed. After that back and forth I got a call from the delivery guy at the gate for the next consecutive days. Njaini when the cancelation was "successful". This order really drained me shem!!! Not to mention some of very arrogant urgents who will hang up on you while still talking!!!!! My wasted time calling them!!!! Nobody to account. This was the most terrible experience of my life!!! 😡😡😡😡
