Please do not buy from these people. They are *****s and I paid 1 month ago. Still no delivery. You can also check on Facebook. They gave ****med 100s of people into paying and no delivery.
Sales Person-Nkuli has been brilliant but from day one of buying my car (actually in the show room my brother notice tons of scratches and even the actual MAGNITE logo was scratched out, then the breaks has given me issues. I was told I should bring my car in for a full polish. I have sent in my car 5 times including my first service, still no polish and nothing has been done, and my breaks still make a horrible sound. Since last year my drivers side window does not work and again for months I am given the run around saying Nissan Midrand is waiting for the mechanism from overseas. On Monday I called Nomvula and expressed my disappointed and how drenched i got because my window is halfway and will not close or open fully. Still awating feedback. I have been constantly calling and following up with no constructive feedback or after the fact SERVICES of buying my car. The most shocking part was when the workshop staff/manager told me that the Magnites are the worse because their breaks are always a problem. I did share that with Nkuli as well but again no one has been transparent with me about this fact.
Service was outstanding when I walked in and everything the Sales Lady-Khanisa was initially great. Whatever she told me to buy for my new place I did. Everything from Tivoli and even down to the best of tiles. Then she advised me to buy a black tub which I did and we had concerns before purchasing and she assured us it is a 10 year warranty. Then she sold me a liquid and sponge to apply on the tub, only to find the black from the tub was literally coming off as she sold me the liquid for cladding and not a plastic tub, which she had no choice to replace as she sold me the liquid and sponge which was completely wrong. Then I was promised delivery 5 times and had my plumber waiting the whole day only to be told the driver is coming and eventually when the driver did come a few days later he said he was not told about my delivery only at 15h30. Then after after installing a brand new Tivoli Kitchen Tap it immediately leaked and will not stop, I took a video and pics and sent to Khanisa, shocking response she said nothing can be done as my plumber did not flash the pipes. On the last delivery CTM's new delivery team ruined my staircase as well as my walls. I also immediately took pics and no response until now. That's not all I paid for Brand New products, she sent me a filthy used Black Screen when they delivered the wrong screen, in saying that she also sent me a Demo model for my black tub and 1 out of the 3 Hang toilets she also gave me her demo that was on the floor. I have proof of all the pics, videos etc. I have asked to speak to the Store Manager and for him to call me, no response. There was absolutely no service after purchasing, I had to constantly call and follow up eventually Khanisa did come to my place to see the shocking products I was sold. For spending 200k and a first customer of CTM's service is shocking and disappointing.
Shocking and pathetic service from Nissan Sandton, Nissan Randburg and Nissan South Africa. My concerns and complaint is stemming from December 2022 with absolutely no constructive feedback from Nissan Sandton, Randburg & Nissan South Africa. The case manager on my case has not called me in weeks and I have to constantly call them to follow up. No solution from any of the above mentioned. I have proof on my whatsapp from Nissan Sandton & Randburg as well as an OTP off a discount which I signed and sent back to Randburg, then was told it was a mistake. Nissan Randburg was selling me "a Brand New Vehicle" and when I inspected it before final signatures there was so many damages which the Sales Agent said he could not fix, so then he promised me a Nissan Magnite CVT plus for the price of the Magnite Red Edition all inclusive and then was told sorry that cant happen. Then the Dealership is so unprofessional and make it seems like it is a fault of mine. Shocking and pathetic service all round. Please do not buy from Nissan Sandton or Nissan Randburg. In saying the above the service from Nissan Midrand is exceptional and the Principle Dealer as well as the Sales Agent Twice is brilliant but unfortunately they couldn't match the price that was promised by Nissan Sandton and Randburg but atleast they had the decency to have told me the truth from the very beggining. Nissan Midrand was honest from day one.
