Disappointed with service
I was dissappointed with Hendrik & his team. Initially, on replacement of my crankshaft, they did not put the piping & crankshaft into protective casing resulting in an eventual call back. According to my insurance, it should be in protective casing. I also requested a cover for the borehole pump & was not impressed with the failure to measure and provide a cover that would serve the purpose authentically. Hendrik promised to refund me & has been avoiding my calls and not responding to my messages. At one point, he even threatened to come and remove all pumps etc as i was waiting for the insurance. - Hendrik's contact number is - 083 422 1221

Order placed via whatsapp channel Received order that was placed online after following up with them several times. Returned the order as per their requirements at my own cost & now when i am following up on status of my refund - there is NO RESPONSE. They do not even have a contact number to follow up!!!!

VERY POOR SERVICE & POOR COMMUNICATION
Willie @ Garden Magic is unreliable. The team was always late & left garden rubble here for me to clean up. Communication is terrible. Managers are rude and unhelpful. Childish behavior from owner - he blocked me and put my call on hold to not deal with his business. Refused to give me the balance of my refund. VERY POOR SERVICE.

DO NOT ORDER * POOR SERVICE * RATING WOULD BE -10* IF THAT WAS AN OPTION* Ordered a pair of "orthopaedic shoes" - sadly disappointed with quality and comfort. The shoe did not fit either. Was asked to submit pics with shoe on - which i did. Then Hannah from Cloud CT says i must arrange for item to be shipped to them through buffalo couriers? Called Buffalo, to be told Cloud CT need to arrange pickup from their end. There is no address & no contact number for Cloud CT. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I have never had such a bad experience in my life.
