Over charging of Statements
I received statements from Busamed Paardevlei regarding outstanding amounts for doctors' fees and numerous consumables that I did not utilize during a follow-up appointment. I was subsequently billed for these items and had to engage in a dispute resolution process to rectify the situation. Their lack of competence and attention to detail has resulted in a negative experience, and I will not be utilizing their services in the future. Truly doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating.

Do better Werner
Today I went in to your somersetset west mall branch and I honestly am disgusted by the customer service , the owner and proclaimed regional manager himself as he claims ( first name ) Werner gave the most disgusting customer service ever . If this is how your regional managers / franchise owners provide a service I completely understand now why your shops are always empty . Please do offer training courses to to your regional managers on customer service . Very dissatisfied after being a customer of many years . Absolutely disgusting.
