I would strongly advise others not to use this company. They did not complete the job as agreed, caused damage to my property, and have refused to provide a refund. To make matters worse, they have completely ignored all my attempts to contact them — no response to emails or phone calls. At this point, the only option left is to take legal action to recover the money. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
I have a month to month service with Vodacom for Fibre. I called to cancel the service more than 30 days in advance for end of March. Since the 26th of February I've had no connection. they cannot restore it because they do not know what is the issue. I have spoken to more than 5 agents and they cannot assist. This morning they debited my account in advance for a service that they are no longer providing. I called the manager who was rude and still couldn't explain what was going on. They are the worst providers.
