Guys first of all I ordered a Silver Laptop, and they delivered a Black laptop I filled for a return they took over 2 months to get back to me when they do they tell me that I was not supposed to have open the package like how the hell was I supposed to see the product?? Now the laptop was 6999 and the bill came saying 12999 now I have over 6 months paying for this, but the balance is not moving they are charging me interest even though I pay on the 25 and the account is due on the 1st am I missing something here?????? Guys if you can stay away from This ****mers of people

Poor Customer service
I am disappointed made my order on the 17th of July 2023 and I was told it will only take 3 days , this people won't even reply to your calls, WhatsApp texts or emails but they post status every 5 minuets I just wish to get my refund

Admin fee
Absa is repping people off I pay for every transaction I make then I am charged monthly Account fee of 115 which was explained when I opened the account since last month I have been charged 400 in the name of Monthly Admin fee for what????? Who authorized that??? Can I please have my money back I am moving my account ASAP 😡😡😡😡😡😡
