I am really not happy with the service from Renault Zambezi, i took my car for service last year and told them there's an oil leak, they promised to attend to it. When i fetched the car it was still leaking. I was accused of being involved in an accident hence the car was leaking. I kept nagging for them to fix it but every time I leave the workshop the car is leaking. Yesterday i took my car for service, boom thr leak is worse. I have never been happy ever since i bought the car there
I just renewed my contract in October for unlimited data and router and asked them to changed my debit order date to the 15th. They failed to debit on the 15th, I made an EFT ono the 19th of October and called to inform them. since then i have been receiving messages that my account has been handed over to the debt collectors even after the payment. I have been struggiling with the network since July and kept calling but this matter has not yet been resolved i didnt get any help, instead i get threats messages and emails from debt collectors. i am really tired because each and every day i have to call them with no help. i will report this matter to ombudsman if this matter is not resolved!!!
Hello Peter, I'm writing to express my frustration with Telkom's internet coverage. I've had an unlimited internet data contract with them since 2022, specifically requesting reliable coverage for working from home. However, since July 12, 2024, I've experienced poor to no network coverage in Mabopane. Despite initial assurances of coverage, I've been told by subsequent consultants that there was never coverage in my area and that I was misled. I'm struggling to work while paying for a service I'm not receiving. I hope you can assist me in resolving this issue. Sincerely, Rapulane
this company is bad and they dont know their story. I got an email in Jan stating that my policy has lapsed. i immediiately called them and it took time to get the person i can talk to. my account was debited in Jan while they claim that it has lapsed. i received and email saying that my account has been reinstated. the debited in Feb and on the 1st of march. i called today to request my payment history, the lady by the name of Boitumelo told me that my Policy has lapsed but active at the same time because they are paying previous months. according to her i have skipped 6 months without paying since 2021. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE TO LAPSE A PERSON AFTER 6 MONTHS WHILE DEBITING MY ACCOUNT?
