Update on previous review - Snapplify responded to all concerns in a very professional and respectful way. They contacted me and listened to all the navigation problems.
The App is very user unfriendly and makes it so hard to place an order. It is easier go directly to bookstores and get what you need from them. I have been registered on this site for about 3 years and it is a very hard to navigate. Schools could possibly include a variety of stockist and not only snapplify. This should be the last resort.
I ordered a coding book and a maths book a couple of weeks ago and was very impressed with the delivery time , and condition of books - which were 2nd hand pre-used. Their tracking updates were helpful and was happy with the product..
The owner and manager are extremely rude and self-righteous. Customer service is terrible and the communication between staff is non-existent. The owner comes off as sweet and syrupy, but gets very arrogant and nasty when confronted with a mistake made by them. She would rather be rude to customers than admit they were in the wrong. I will not go back, nor recommend that any family or friends go here either. Apart from the nastiness, the shop is very cluttered, messy and over the top. This might appeal to some people, but was not a pleasant experience at all.
Ordered books Dec 2022. Still have not received anything, nor have they communicated with me. Will never use this company again. Term 1 is basically over already. This is shocking customer service.
