Very bad experience with Simply We have 5 months trying to claim for both funeral cover and life cover the status is not changing the lady keeps saying the are still doing assessments the whole process is tiring and joining this policies with the hope of living your loved ones in a good financial position but this is something that is unacceptable.I would not refer anyone to them
The worst courier service ever they don’t communicate on time,they tell you the driver is coming to deliver but nothing it’s been 48 hours now still waiting…..
