I recently shared a review regarding Bacon Bikini's poor customer service. I would now like to share that this issue was resolved satisfactorily and Bacon Bikinis reached out to apologise and refunded the purchase in full.

NO CUSTOMER CARE
If I could give zero stars i would! This business has no customer care. They do not respond to emails and the phone is constantly on a recording so you cannot get hold of anyone. The product is shocking! Not what is promised at all but try do an exchange, or get a refund. What a joke! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

Bad Service / Good staff
This review is only for Le Mond Neff. I have received the worst service ever from Vox and was even considering cancelling my contract. But then Le Mond saved the day by being so helpful and kind and got us connected. Thank you.
